Charming, relaxed, peaceful, lush, welcoming, authentic - great value for money and a magical place. An escape from hectic Marrakesh, the friendliest staff, organised every last detail for us, from quad biking, to drivers to restaurant bookings. The hotel is rustic, instagram-worthy styling and architecture at every turn, so quiet that all you hear are birds and the call to prayer. Moroccan bike trip Facilities and the team are awesome, they have answered all our requests, the menu in the restaurant needs to be reviewed no big choice while the chicken skewer was very limited served with vegetables only! I found it very expensive for what it is and what it is offered in the region/ competition. Breakfast was good! Thank you.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend, we wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle of marrakech and this place certainly ticks that box. It feels in the middle of nowhere (which when travelling from the airport can be a bit scary as the drive is quite long and lots of dirt tracks!) On arrival we were met by the staff members who were warm and welcoming. Unfortunately the weather was damp and chilly and so the beauty of the place did not present itself immediately. The room we had was dark but beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan decor. The facilities are on the basic side, but we had to keep reminding ourselves that it’s not a hotel! The bed was comfy, we had to use the heating as it was so cold but it worked well. The staff make this place excellent. Hussain was amazing, always greeted us with a lovely smile, and could not do enough for us, he immediately responded to every message we sent him and sorted every request we had, he’s an absolute gem and to be honest was the highlight of the stay. As we were two females travelling alone he made us feel safe and looked after organising transport for us and ensuring we had everything we needed. The Riad is stunning, it’s well maintained, clean and the gardens are beautiful, I imagine even more beautiful in the height of the season when the flowers are all in bloom. It’s a lovely place to wonder round, there are beautiful seating areas everywhere and the roof terrace gives a vista that took our breath away. The snow capped Atlas Mountains rise out of the horizon, you can get lost in the view. The menu is not extensive but everything we had was beautifully cooked and displayed and we have no complaints at all! We are planning our return trip next year but will go slightly later in April to enjoy warmer evenings and to enjoy the beautiful pool. It’s a solid 5 stars from me, it’s opened my eyes to beauty of Morocco and I can’t wait to return

We had a fantastic weekend, the team were very professional and friendly, they even managed to arrange a special evening for us at short notice, rooms are comfortable and very traditional, from the moment we arrived we just switched into relaxing, and we can highly recommend you choose the transfer offered as this was well organised and great value. Everything you need is at the hotel and although the menu is not the most extensive, it is good value and quality. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were perfectly attentive without being too fussy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing staff especially Houssine. Go above and beyond As winter cold in evenings and early mornings and issue with heating when we were there. Place is 40 mins from Marrakech so any tours from Marrakech will need you to get there privately, which can be easily arranged by the reception Nice Villas and quiet area and easy to relax. Some updating of Villas would be good
